This strangely formed range is visible from Uluru (Ayers Rock). This view is from the well-frequented viewing platform in the midst of desert scrub. I have to admit that the weather was not good when we saw Kata Tjuta (its aboriginal name), and though I did a fairly comprehensive sketch on site, I painted the colours from a post card! |
